FRANKE FRC06 Undersink Water Filtration System (Pack of 3) - Chlorine Removal
Franke filter cartridges are designed with a ceramic outer shell and an enclosed activated carbon block core, which work together to provide a multi-stage filtration process for optimal performance. This filtration process effectively reduces chlorine, particulate matter, turbidity, cysts (including Cryptosporidium), and lead, meeting the stringent certification standards of NSF International under NSF/ANSI Standards 42 and 53.
To ensure the continued efficiency of the filtration system, it is recommended to replace the Franke filter cartridges every 6 months or after 600 gallons of use, whichever comes first. The filter cartridges are compatible with Franke water filtration canister models FRCNSTR, FRCNSTR100, FRCNSTR-DUO-1, and FRCNSTR-DUO-2.
For a more precise indication of when the filter needs replacement, customers can install the optional FM100 Bluetooth water quality monitor (sold separately). This advanced feature allows users to monitor the filter's performance and receive timely notifications when it's time to replace the cartridge.
The Franke filter cartridges are designed to deliver a consistent water flow rate of 0.5 gallons per minute, ensuring a reliable and efficient water filtration experience.
